What’s been going on at the roastery?

We couldn’t stop ourselves this year - the cuppings from Costa Rica were full of delicious surprises

We jumped on this coffee last harvest as an “experimental honey” process, and this year shows that the experiment was a big success!

Yet another delicious cup from Café Rivense, we will soon bring to you La Guaca Sealed Fermentation - an anaerobic honey processed coffee.

Not much has changed from last year - this coffee is ripe, peachy, pulpy, and boozy, full of notes of fruit liqueurs and tequila!

It’s a sweet, round, funky filter optioncoming up.
