We can’t get enough of them, and this one fits right into our espresso offering, produced up in the Bale Mountains by Abdurahman Kule and the Guttiti Cooperative.
Abdurahman works closely with agronomists in the region to better educate his cooperative on the best methods of active organic garden farming and passive organic wild forest maintenance.
The cooperative is also the host of the Bale Mountain Cup, where farmers from all of the local cooperatives can taste their coffee side by side and discuss quality.
This lot is jammy, with notes of prune, fig, and caramel, and tastes incredible as an espresso!
