What’s been going on at the roastery?
We’re still in the season of Costa Rican juicy goodness, and our importer partners at Selva have delivered again!
We’ve been working with Marianela and Perry for some of their lots for the last 3 years now, and they’re doing amazing work with producers on the ground.
This natural catuai lot, Cañal, comes from young producer Ceres in Los Santos in the San José Province.
You’ll taste some extra fermentation in the cup though, this coffee is an absolute bomb as a filter coffee.
Tons of apple, cherry, a bright and complex acidity, some juicy body to follow it all up, all rounded out with tons of sweetness… Delish!
