What’s been going on at the roastery?
Diana and Hector Ovale have been big hit producers in our playlists over the last few years.
One of their farms, Las Codornices, in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, serves as their command centre. The land is dry and harsh, but they are able to produce absolutely stunning coffee!
Due to the climate at their high-altitude farms, they don’t tend to process the “traditional” Guatemalan way, but this washed coffee is just delicious.
Available now for espresso, this one is full of jammy marmelade, marzipan, and chocolate flavors, and is a stunning addition to our lineup.
